Representative, forms storey neo-renaissance villa, was built in 1891 and designed by W. Werner custom manufacturer of Lodz H. Piotrowski. Before villa in the garden is separated from the street by wrought, decorative fence gazebo built on the model of classical ancient temple. Additional decoration of the garden is a hundred years old as old larch and poplar.
