At the edge of the escarpment Sopot, in 1919, built a single-storey villa with attic, covered with a mansard roof and dormer windows with pediments, and a traditional wystawką the pediment. In the center of the south facade placed a wooden carrying out any extension serving as the hall and porch, with a small roof terrace framed wooden balustrade.
