Monument in memory of John Paul II

Near the missionary church complex stands the monument of John Paul II. Erected in 2001, it is named "Peter's Boat of the Third Millennium." This monument depicts a wave, with one end featuring John Paul II and the other end a miniature of the Vatican's St. Peter's Basilica.
