Monument Alf Liczmański commander and co-organizer of the Polish Scouting Association in the Free City of Gdańsk. Developer scout team name Zawisza Czarny (1930), commander of troop Gdansk. Since 1935 the commander of Gdansk Banner ZHP. He was murdered in Stutthof concentration camp in March 1940.
