The villa is located near the city center, close to the famous Monte Cassino promenade, Sopot pier and yacht marina, which provides easy access to restaurants, cafes, cinemas, theaters and other entertainment venues. We are located close to the beach (approx. 100m), next to the seaside boulevard with a separate bike path that connects Gdańsk-Brzeźno with Gdynia. Near the building (approx. 50m) there is a park and a playground for children. For those interested, we recommend: a surfing club, tennis courts and a horse riding club in Sopot. The driveway has space for cars. Access to public transportation is very good; the distance from the railway station and city rail is only 10 min. on foot. The SKM city rail enables rapid and unrestricted movement between Gdynia, Sopot and Gdansk.
