The facility is located in Sopot since 1908. Built to order by a real estate company. After rebuilding from 1912, it looks like today. The guesthouse is situated on the edge of South Park, near the 'Łazienki' spa baths, the pier, and a few steps from the beach. The house is majestic and two-story. Characteristic projections and a multi-pitched ceramic roof add to its beauty. Additionally, it features balconies, a corner bay window, a semi-circular terrace on the ground floor, and an extension with a porch. In the interwar period the hotel-guesthouse offered rooms with wash basins with warm water and provided diet cuisine. Judging by the old classification, in terms of service quality, it was the third best hotel in Sopot, after Hotel Casino (now Grand Hotel) and Kurhaus. Advertisements in German-language publications included the note: 'Polish service'. It was a meeting center for the aristocracy of the time. After the war, the hotel-guesthouse was acquired by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a holiday destination for celebrities. Fortunately, in 1992 the hotel-guesthouse was finally returned to the hands of the 'rightful owners', and then conveyed to their children. Thus, the glorious traditions of the best Polish hospitality school can be further cultivated to the advantage of all our dear guests.
