In this guide, the Sopot published in 1881 indicated that the property Reiser possessions. Located here villa built around 1870, probably later rebuilt from the outside looks very modestly. Inside, however, preserved the original, richly carved woodwork. The garden is growing 120-year-old linden and beech as old.
