Storey villa with design features taken from the Renaissance and Baroque, was built in 1900 for the use of the Lutheran parish. Broken roof of a building with several dormers located on the top, flat part of a large terrace. Appearances in the northern and western walls are topped with decorative gables and corner performance on a rectangular plan is covered pyramid-shaped tower. Ogy and porch ceilings in the southern elevation of the building supported on columns.
