Magnificent villa was built in 1899 and designed by W. Lippke, but in 1903 I was converted for residential purposes. Pokoikami storey building with attic, covered with a gable, ceramic roof dormers with some original woodwork kept the front door and staircase. In the early seventies of the twentieth century in the park surrounding the villa was built jedenastopiętrowy building with banal, contrasting with the surrounding architecture. Construction has triggered a wave of protests from fans of the city, and as a result received around the Sopot conservation protection.
