Between Sopot escarpment and the Goyka street is a gray stone villa with unplastered brick built in the late nineteenth century on the model of a romantic castle. Storey mansion with rooms in the attic, covered by a steep roof with large ceramic pediments and richly ornamented wooden eaves, is equipped with three wooden verandas, balconies and picturesque terrace. In the north-western corner of the three-storey building adjacent to a square tower, crowned at the top of a wooden balustrade.
