Storey villa built in 1860 is one of the most important buildings of Sopot. richly decorated facade of the building is in the central part of the terrace with a stone balustrade, and below - two sandstone statues placed in niches between the pilasters on either side of the front door. The garden surrounding the palace there is a fountain and old specimens of July, Jedlica California, clones and tui. In the years 1945 - 1954 was located here College of Fine Arts.
