After postaniu representative of villas were built in the western part of the Upper Sopot. For a very interesting story mansion is reminiscent of classical design, built in 1920, located in the back of a small garden. The building covered with a mansard roof, is in the middle of three large projections elevation summits oval topped gables. The main entrance is decorated with a portico with two columns. In the midst of the garden in front of the old beeches, oaks and spruces is a swimming pool with a fountain framed by a stone wall.
