Built around 1853, when at a time when you start bathing Sopot plant developed in more rural areas. Its owner was Dr. Benzier, chief doctor of the resort of Sopot in the period 1849-1897. Modest storey building with hipped roof is lined with Dutch tiles dwuokienną wystawkę front of a semi-circular skylight at the top.
