The building was erected in Sopot in 1906, is located in a densely wooded park near the mouth of the stream Karlikowski. In the ground floor is plastered brick building with a stone foundation. Ceramic above the roof with many dormers, and pediments wystawkami octagonal tower rises from a small viewing gallery helmet covered with a pyramid-shaped spire completed. To the first floor of the adjacent garden terraces adorned with marble goblets. Today is a holiday resort here.
