In the mid-19th century it became fashionable to build manor homes in the lower Sopot. Until now, this part of the Sopot involved was driven mainly by fishermen. One of the most interesting buildings from this period is the house.

Storey building, covered with a gable roof with ceramic wystawką (frontal part of the façade projecting roof) and large attic adapted to living quarters, the short sides of the building are decorated with classical pediments.

Characteristic of Sopot porch, richly carved both front and side was built in the late 19th century.
