Storey building in the lower part is made of unplastered brick on top and carefully carved wood built in 1894 by architect Hoffacher. Floor is framed on three sides by a long balcony, protected against rain wide roof eaves arranged on decorative brackets. The building formerly housed the stables, and the floor of the apartment caretaker.
