The building was built in 1897 by architect A. Haagen. Two-story, brick house with a flat roof is the main facade decorated with two large projection semicircular balconies and two columns with Corinthian capitals supporting the eaves above the upper storey terrace. Behind the terrace rises above the roof peak with ornate carvings. The shape of the building from the east projection diversifies corner turret topped with a pyramid-shaped spire finished metal.
