The historic building built in 1914. He was then building featuring a Prussian heir Frederick William. His main residence was Villa Marine House (Seehaus) built in 1911. Adolf Bielefeldt for Sopot entrepreneur Hugo Werminghoff (building located on the adjacent plot "Magnolia"). In 1912. Municipality bought the building, giving it as a gift to the Prussian heir to the throne, Frederick William, who often frequented in Sopot, and after two years of use, decided to enlarge his property for the building to which he invited the then European elite.
