The building is located in the lower part of Sopot, in the wooded garden, separated from the street by an iron fence. Storey mansion of eclectic design, reminiscent of the Baroque was built mainly in the years from 1899 to 1900. On the broken roof, on top of a flat, equipped with skylights and wystawkę the pediment, decorated spacious terrace. Rises above terrace immersed in a solid four storey building, a square tower, gallery, covered with ceramic roof.
