Especially attractive are the type of construction Sopot villas decor reminiscent of the romance. These are mostly two-story buildings, in the lower floors of brick, and made in the upper frame structure, covered with ceramic roofs, equipped with verandas, bay windows, balconies and ornate turrets. Modest decor represents storey villa built in 1904. The owner of a single-storey building with a porch with a roof terrace and a wooden outbuilding housing the hall, he was named Sopot rentier Karpinski.
